So this morning Kody and I were laying in bed talking about having another baby brother and/or sister. (when you do IVF- the prospect of twins, triplets, etc... is always on the forefront of your mind, and when you are looking at minimum $15,000 and over 300 daily shots for the next couple of years- I needed to know how everyone in the family felt before we plunge ahead. Hence the conversation with Kody this morning.) Any ways, I thought I would see how much he knew about HOW a baby was concieved and this was his reply:
Me- Do you know how babys are made?
Kody- Yes.
Me- How?
Kody- They start out as a little popcorn and then the popcorn pops and then it makes a baby.
Me- OK. Good. Im glad we had this talk.
Are you kidding me? Where in the heck did this kid get this information? Popcorn?? Really?

This gives a whole new meaning to the Popcorn Popping song...
I thought popcorn was involved too! That is how Spencer and I got our little baby, just eating popcorn and watching a movie...
I think we know which side of the family this kind of thinking came from.
