Shout out # 12

I love the Ventura County Sherrif's Department! I know it sounds weird, but today I had my car broken into and had my camera stolen. I had to call them to have them come make a report and they were so nice and empathetic. Something that I you rarely see these days! First off let me just say that my car WAS locked and it was in the middle of the day! (3:30 pm to 4:30 pm) I was shopping at the Target/Micheals shopping center in Moorpark and didnt even realize I had been broken into until I got home and saw my passenger side lock all banged in. I called the Sherrifs Department and they dispatched an officer (two actually) right away. Less than an hour later I had these guys taking a report and photos like something you would see on The First 48! (something else I LOVE by the way) I was so upset when they got there but by the time they left I had a smile on my face and had sort of moved on from the initial "I'm going to kill whoever did this to me" state of mind I was in. I'm sad about my camera. I really loved that sucker!! But, life goes on and I can get a new one right? Any ways- thanks police officer men that came to make things all better. I doubt they will ever find my camera but feeling like they cared or sympathized about the situation made it okay.

Just a side note- I was going to give a shout out to Zithromax for making me feel all better. But I do not. Feel better that is. My trusty- go to Zithromax is failing me! I am still sick. If you Mr. Zithromax want a shout out- I suggest you start killing off the bacteria that is filling up my lungs, ears, throat, nose, etc...and making it difficult to function. Life is NOT fun for anyone when I am sick.

Bummer on the break in and the camera loss...and the crappy Zithromax. The greater Simi Valley area is getting too dangerous for me; everyone I know is getting their car broken into.

The same exact way they broke into Janelles car was the way it happened to me! Good thing I truely felt bad for her at the time (I still do but for the purpose the story I had to use past tense) or I would think that this was Gods little way of teaching me a lesson.

That really sucks about your camera. That's way worse than Willow Tree. Bet you didn't expect to put the Sherrifs dept. on your list when you started this thing...
